In 2002, I discovered a brand new study program focusing on computer game development, something I'd been interested in since my early childhood days (creating simple text games on the C64 and primitive graphic demos in QBasic on the PC).

The program was called Computer Game Development: Programming and consisted of 120 credits (three years of full-time studies).

Having decent high school grades, I applied and was accepted in the fall of 2002.
